To start using the Cloudstore cloud platform you would first need to register with your email address. Once you have confirmed your registration you will then be able to login to your newly created online dashboard.

As part of the initial setup you are required to configure a number of parameters such as the print queues (in-house of at fulfilment centres), print sizes and associated borders, media type to print on and any framing options required.

Use the kiosk front-end to search and find the desired art pieces by utilising the extensive list of filters available. These include artist names, categories, format and aspect ratios. Add them to your own user galleries for easy access.

Once you have selected, the required image in the previous step it can then be set to the available sizes as well as media type and any framing options available. The job can then be sent to the printing pipeline (in-house or fulfilment centre) for actual production.

All submitted jobs are managed and processed by the proven and sophisticated RIP software, CloudRIP. This ensures accurate colour reproduction and optimum use of the media and inks to achieve best quality output quickly and efficently.

All activities and transactions are automatically recorded and can be examined in a user friendly and comprehensible manner in the main dashboard section. Management reports for selected time period can be generated in various file formats for examination or use in other applications. Current job status and all related information about them can be scrutinized and resubmitted back for production if needed.
